Lemon and honey is the other pairing everyone already knows, and for good reason — the acid keeps the sweetness from sitting flat, and the honey takes the edge off the citrus. Neither one has to do all the work.

We infuse raw honey with dried lemon peel, which carries more aromatic oil than juice does and doesn't thin the honey out. What you get is a pale gold honey with a clear citrus lift and a clean finish.

How to use it: in tea, over ricotta, on a scone, or into a vinaigrette where you'd otherwise use sugar.

Tea was always something I enjoyed making since a teen. What got me into creating a brand around iced tea was back in 2024 when my doctor diagnosed me with pre-diabetes. Then I came across the keto diet after hearing how much it helped to heal people but when I started going around my community for a simple meal or snack I realized where the problem stemmed from.

Raw honey in every can which is equivalent to 7 grams of sugar, and that's all of it. No cane sugar, no high-fructose corn syrup, no artificial sweeteners. For comparison, most bottled iced teas run 25–35 grams and a lot of energy drinks are higher. Ours is lightly sweetened on purpose; the herbs are supposed to be the point.
